This encounter/assault and kidnapping was filmed October 7, approximately 3:30 pm city of Shinnston WV. Two men and a (paralyzed) dog, were lawfully traveling southbound on route 19 in a private conveyance, exercising their god given and unalienable right to liberty. They pulled over at their own will, into a small gravel patch near the school football field, where a man acting as Officer Michael Campbell of the Shinnston Police Department driving a police cruiser type vehicle pulled in behind them and ‘initiated’ a so called traffic stop. This video is evidence of the criminal assault of two men, who had apparently done nothing wrong whatsoever to anybody. This was not the investigation of crime, this is a brutal and inhumane assault which led to the victim’s unlawful kidnapping and imprisonment in cruel and unusual disgusting conditions, the likes of which will be discussed in an upcoming video. He’s now facing charges which are currently unknown, as the courts/jails/police did not properly inform him of the so called charges nor give him any paperwork on the matter.

Is this the state of freedom in America? To be brutalized by our public servants for ‘not complying’ with their unlawful orders? Do you think these men acting as police officers are there to protect and serve you? Or rather to protect and serve themselves and their own interests? Is this negligent and violent behavior in the interest of public safety?

The man shown here lawfully traveling before being assaulted and kidnapped, known by his peers as Mike Ray, is the author of this youtube channel. He weighs about 150 lbs and is about 5’ 7” tall on a good day. The passenger and man behind the camera, brother Dan, is a little smaller than that. The assailant, man acting as chief of police, is much larger to say the least. Was the police chief so threatened by the little men who acting well within his rights?
