MyTCB: Release 2.0 Enhancements

Hello and welcome to myTCB, your new, members-only website from The Conference Board! myTCB offers you an exclusive and personalized view of the many offerings available with your membership. Offerings include quick access to research and insights, conferences and events, data and benchmarking tools, and your peer networks.
We are pleased to share the latest features and enhancements recently made to your Members-only website.

1. For the latest webcasts and podcasts, you will now see new listings for upcoming webcasts, on-demand webcasts, podcasts, and videos and recordings. You may click on each one to be taken to the full listing to either register for an upcoming program or view the recording for a past event.
2. Did you register for a conference and were not able to attend it? You can now access past conferences by clicking on the Past Conferences listing and selecting the event on the Conferences and Member Events page.
3. Are you interested in what’s happening with The Conference Board this week? Click on “This Week @ TCB” for this week’s events and new research publications. You may also view upcoming releases of Economic Indicators.
4. For Council Members, your Calendar options have been improved with the ability to now download council meetings to any calendar format.
5. Lastly, for U.S. Human Capital Center Members, The Conference Board recently introduced three new human capital benchmarking & data analytic tools culminating from new partnerships.

a. HCMetrix™, from HCMoneyball, is a first-of-its-kind software application that allows subscribers to gain insights about the relationship between human capital performance and corporate financial performance, including measures of materiality, through customized, interactive dashboards.

b. The Organizational Guidance System (OGS), from RBL.ai, is a tool that provides analysis-based recommendations to help users prioritize the initiatives that will have the greatest impact on employees, customers, strategy, financials, and corporate social responsibility.

c. The ROI Repository for Human Capital Investments, from the ROI Institute, is a collection of return-on-investment tools, templates, and case studies helps HR leaders and practitioners demonstrate the impact of their human capital investments on business results.
